Devotional : The Dash
The Bible says a lifetime to us is but a moment to God. I pray we all live a remarkably full life. Full of love, tests, and trials, full of support and a slight lack, full of laughter and full of experiences because all of that is what makes life worth experiencing. Today, let's meditate on our "Dash." The time we spend between the day we were born and the day we pass on.
Questions to ponder:
How are you living your dash? Are you residing in:
Gratefulness and truth? Intently? Forgiveness?
How are you making an impact? Are you being kind to others? Forgiving others, being generous to others? Helping others? What are you doing that benefits others and not just yourself?
What is your contribution to the world? No contribution is too small! No contribution is better than someone else's!
Do you make people believe again?
Do you help people with their fitness?
Do you help the children in school?
Do you lead lawmakers to change policies?
Do you make people laugh through film?
Do you educate people?
Do you help people see beauty through your eyes in a blog or event company?
All of these things are outstanding contributions to the world. Whatever you do - do it boldly, do it with a grateful heart, do it with poise and grace, do it with passion. Throw everything you have at it. Serve as you are serving Christ directly.
There are no neutral days! Make every second count. Time is non -refundable spend it wisely.
As you analyze your dash and the seeds that you have planted up to this point, it calls you into action to do the very thing your heart is calling you to do. I hope you love and live hard!
